Kako vas kafa na prazan stomak gura u za\u010darani krug anksioznosti"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p id=\"block-xjcbMeUq5U\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">Mnogi klijenti dolaze na estetske tretmane, a zapravo im je potrebna dublja sistemska podr\u0161ka. Tokom konsultacija za DMK tretman lica, klijentkinja Marija mi je poverila da se bori sa napadima panike koje dosada\u0161nje terapije nisu uspele da re\u0161e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-lzFv9vBYQk\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">Nakon 10 dana vo\u0111enja dnevnika ishrane, obrazac je bio jasan: kafa na prazan stomak, ru\u010dak tek oko 16h (pita ili slatki\u0161i) i kasna ve\u010dera. Iako Marija nije ose\u0107ala klasi\u010dnu glad, njeno telo je trpelo zbog drasti\u010dnih padova \u0161e\u0107era u krvi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"block-msGTj8VdcI\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\"><strong>Biologija panike: \u0160ta se de\u0161ava u telu?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-9OescZfQUn\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">Kada ne unosite hranu, va\u0161e telo to ne registruje kao &#8220;dijetu&#8221;, ve\u0107 kao opasnost po \u017eivot. Simptomi hipoglikemije (pada \u0161e\u0107era) neverovatno podse\u0107aju na napad panike:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ubrzan rad srca i znojenje<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mu\u010dnina i vrtoglavica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zamu\u0107en vid i tremor<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intenzivna nervoza i iritabilnost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-buSYwHD7Bp\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">Hormonska oluja: Da bi spre\u010dilo preveliki pad \u0161e\u0107era, telo po\u010dinje da lu\u010di koktel hormona \u2013 glukagon, ali i epinefrin (adrenalin) i kortizol. Upravo ta iznenadna, pove\u0107ana koncentracija adrenalina u cirkulaciji vas uvodi u stanje te\u0161ke anksioznosti, dok prolongirana hipoglikemija stvara hroni\u010dni stres i insulinsku rezistenciju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"block-rUZwe9L2ya\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\"><strong>Re\u0161enje: Resetovanje sistema<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-u4Mfo7pHAS\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">Nakon mesec dana konzumiranja 3 obroka dnevno u isto vreme, u\u010destalost Marijinih napada panike se drasti\u010dno smanjila. Analize krvi su pokazale klju\u010dne deficite: manjak minerala koji reguli\u0161u \u0161e\u0107er (hroma i cinka), kao i nedostatak vitamina B grupe. Nakon 4 meseca ciljane suplementacije i redovne ishrane, napadi panike su potpuno nestali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 id=\"block-cj4mls1dCY\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\"><strong>\u0160ira slika: Pre psihoterapije, proverite telo<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-UvvhwZDV31\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">Iako se napadi panike obi\u010dno tretiraju kognitivno-bihejvioralnom terapijom (CBT), pacijentima bi pre davanja terapije trebalo proveriti fiziolo\u0161ki status. Pored nivoa \u0161e\u0107era, postoji sna\u017ena, nau\u010dno dokazana veza izme\u0111u napada panike i:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disbioze (disbalansa) bakterija u digestivnom traktu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estrogene dominacije<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Problema sa varenjem mleka (kazeomorfin) i glutena (gluteomorfin)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p id=\"block-t5DpyeaNrl\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\">Zlatno pravilo: Pre nego \u0161to posumnjate na svoj um, proverite svoje nutrijente, minerale i nivo \u0161e\u0107era. Hipoglikemija se potvr\u00f0uje testom optere\u0107enja glukozom, konsultujte se sa lekarom oko najboljeg patterna vremena merenja OGTT kao i koli\u010dinom \u0161e\u0107era &#8211; naj\u010des\u0107i profil merenja sa 75g glukoze je 0, 30, 60, 120, 180.minut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-i4ijVxU64k\" class=\"wp-block-nectar-blocks-text nectar-blocks-text\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Da li je uzrok va\u0161e anksioznosti u glavi ili u \u2013 pankreasu?
